A LIFETIME PURSUIT. (HOWEVER DISTORTED).

I adore imperfections.

This is contrary to popular belief. You see, many people presume that I’m a perfectionist; because I’m detail-obsessed and have an annoyingly attentive eye. However, I go out of my way to seek the broken and the distorted, as that’s where the most impactful stories are found. My entire life’s pursuit is to write better stories than I did yesterday; and remain mostly uncomfortable.

In fact, my deepest fear is to read one of my stories one day and think, “this is my best work yet”.

The best, as they say, should always be “yet to come”.

Some readers comment about me being far too deep for my own good (I have my elusive poetry to thank for that). But rather I drown in an ocean of my own art , than dilly-dally in shallow puddles.

You’re welcome to come and drown with me, if you wish.
